New Supreme Court Decision

Our law firm was recently privileged to represent the
surviving parent in a highly publicized wrongful death
case. The Supreme Court held that a distributor of
illegal drugs can be held responsible for the overdose
death of the Plaintiff's child, who did not actually
receive the drugs from the Defendant. The child was
given the drugs by a third person at a party. This
important case extends the civil liability of illegal drug
distributors to persons to whom they did not actually
give/sell the drugs.
