James F Brook's Support Staff

Amy has 33 years of experience in the legal field and earned her B.S. and Paralegal
Certification from Arizona State University. Amy has spent most of her legal career
specializing in personal injury law. She joined James F. Brook and Associates in 2010
as a litigation paralegal.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys time with husband, three kids and two dogs!

Glenice has been a paralegal with James F. Book & Associates for 20+ years, employed
in the pre-litigation department, having come to the firm with 15 years of medical
experience. She is responsible for reviewing and summarizing all medical records for
preparation of settlement demand letters, settlement negotiations, and resolution of lien
issues. She works closely with the attorneys and our clients throughout the settlement
process.

She enjoys travel, particularly to off-the-beaten path destinations for an opportunity to
experience other cultures. She is a coaster enthusiast and a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
In quieter moments, She enjoys reading, painting and spending time with her family.

Susie is not a newcomer to James F. Brook and Associates. She joined the firm in 1989
as a file clerk and worked her way to Office Manager. In her capacity she manages client
settlements and disbursements working with the paralegals in maximizing the recovery
for each client. She also works daily to ascertain all aspects of the office run smoothly.

Prior to joining the firm, Susie worked with gifted children within the Mesa Public School
District.

Susie enjoys reading, surfing the internet and trying to keep up with her children and
grandchildren.

Melissa began working for the firm in 1993. She obtained an Associate of Arts in Legal
Assisting from Phoenix College in 2001. After obtaining her Associates, she was moved
to our litigation department. She went on to obtain a Bachelors of Arts with a
concentration in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University in 2003.

Melissa is our Senior Litigation Paralegal in the litigation department. She assists the
attorneys with all aspects of litigation from filing the initial complaint through taking a
case to trial. She enjoys taking time to explain the often confusing and overwhelming
litigation process to our clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter and her
families. She enjoys reading, being outdoors and traveling when time allows.

Sue has been in the legal field for over 20 years. Her career began as a receptionist for
a law firm in Buffalo, NY and progressed over the years to legal secretary and paralegal.

She has been the receptionist with James F. Brook and Associates for over 10 years.
Along with maintaining the front desk, she assists the paralegals with daily
assignments.

After living on the east coast for over 40 years, she enjoys exploring the "wild west."
She enjoys spending time with her family and grandsons.
